App Usage

Most of the different features in the app can be accessed from the side menu. Press the side menu button to open it.

The 99 names of Allah are presented as swipeable cards, which you can swipe left or right to browse all 99 names.  Optionally double tap the card to view a random name.  You can view the names in Arabic, the the English transliteration and pronunciation, the meaning and benefits of its use in zikr.  You can also listen to the name by pressing play.  Press the heart button to add the name to your favourites.  To start zikr using a name press the counter button (looks like a small clock).

Notes

The Play buttons in the app use Text To Speech to read names or text, for example the Hadith in English. In order for these features to work you need to ensure that the TTS features on your phone are enabled. You also need to install the English language pack. For best experience also install the Arabic language pack.

On iOS goto Settings -> Accessibility -> Spoken Content -> Voices and check that you have atleast one English voice downloaded. For best experience also make sure you also have one Arabic voice installed.

Premium users can download entire Hadith books to local device for easier browsing and searching aswell as allowing for offline browsing, which can save your data and battery. But please note if you cancel your Premium subscription local Hadith files will be deleted from your device.
